Nurse Reward Scheme


At Excelcare we want to not only recruit but retain the best quality nurses to support our residents every day. With that in mind we want to offer a £2,000 reward bonus to all our new nurses.

NURSE WELCOME REWARD - Excelcare will make the commitment to paying £2,000 to qualified nurses who join our nursing team.

This bonus will not be payable to candidates who have been introduced via an agency and will only be applicable to those candidates who have applied directly to the company.

The payments are set out as follows:

£500 will be paid to you in the month following your start date with the Company.

£500 will be paid to you on successful completion of your probation after 6 months.

£1,000 will be paid to you on completion of 1 year’s continuous service with the Company

Terms and Conditions – Platinum Reward Scheme

  • If you leave within the first 6 months of you joining the Company we reserve the right to deduct the first £500 payment from your final salary payment.
  • If you leave between 6 months and 1 year of joining the Company we reserve the right to deduct the second payment of £500 from your final salary payment.
  • If you leave between1 year and 18 months we reserve the right to deduct a third payment of £500 from your final salary payment.
  • If you have worked for Excelcare within the last 6 months or are currently employed by the company and you apply to another nurse position in the company, you will not be eligible for the bonus.

Your bonus payments will be paid as part of your gross pay and will be subject to tax and national insurance through PAYE. No alternative is available.
