We are looking for a keen Staffing Analyst or Resourcing Analyst for our Care Homes across the Country.  This is a full time vacancy (36 hours per week) based in Bromley, Kent

Reporting to the Executive Head of Recruitment the successful candidate will accurately review workload requirements and staffing levels and hours taking into account historical data/business area inputs and information obtained from central teams and will produce resourcing reports as directed.

Main Responsibilities:

Accurately challenging and predicting the volumes by home and role ensuring all known factors and initiatives are included in the forecast
Maintaining reports on forecast v actual data.
Creating long, mid and short term resource plans
Maintaining the forecast and FTE requirement plans for each area

Maintain Agency Use reports and report on.
Maintaining Work Force Management forecast related information for use in scheduling and real-time monitoring.
Creating, produce, update and analyse reports
