Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience.

We are looking for a Regional Trainer to join our existing team in supporting training within our London homes and assist our employees to advance their skills and knowledge in relation to induction and refresher training.

In this role, you should be passionate about helping people to learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential.

To ensure all our new to role staff receive a comprehensive induction giving an overview of all elements of our business so they can feel confident in fulfilling their role and contributing to our vision and values.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate and will allow you to work independently, manage your own time and to draw on your health & social care expertise to provide staff in their workplace with the support and training they need to enable them to realise their full career potential.


To deliver induction and refresher training to homes in the region. This includes statutory and mandatory training (e.g. safeguarding, MCA/DoLs, Care Certificate

Building and developing relationships with home managers and residents.

Ensure that a high quality delivery of all standardised lesson plans are adhered too and that systems and processes are complied with at all times

Manage own timetable to achieve timely completion of induction and refresher training.

Comply with and promote Health, Safety & Environment, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and Welfare & Safeguarding Policies at all times

To carry out workplace visits to ensure that learning from the classroom is transferred to the home to ensure our residents receive the excellent quality of care they deserve.

Responsibility for running Training Reports for statutory and mandatory training for homes/regions.

Collating feedback from training sessions carried out, analysing and reporting the information.

Monitor and report to Manager any trends and areas of high risk/non-compliance.
