We’re now looking for a passionate Regional Director to provide management and professional support to Home Managers in our London Region.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the development of successful care homes.  Develop services as required including liaising with Councils, PCT’s and other services purchases. Accountable for driving compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements set by the CQC and other regulatory bodies to achieve the best possible care ratings and other external recognition of quality in the region. Oversee the management of both physical and financial resources within the region to ensure they are maximised to achieve the required performance standards and financial objectives.

What you will need:

To join, you’ll hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, along with experience of working at Senior Management level.

This is a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to thrive when working under pressure. We’ll also expect you to have experience of working across organisational boundaries, with partners (CQC, Local Authority, etc) and with clinical and non-clinical personnel, at all levels, to influence changes in thinking and in practise. With a background in leadership, you’ll be a natural motivator, instil confidence and inspiring trust in staff.
