Quality Improvement Manager - London

Salary: Up to £50k depending on experience. 

We are looking for an efficient and effective quality improvement specialist to join our London Regional Team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To support the delivery of the Company's Quality Improvement plans.This to ensure we address the findings from our CQC inspections and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across our care homes
  • To embed process and practice of quality control measures utilising our policies, processes and systems.
  • The aim is to achieve and sustain a 'good'or 'excellent' ratings within our services.
  • Develop, manage and coordinate a arange of Quality Improvement reports and plans.

About you: 

  • An effective communicator and team player with great people skills at all levels.
  • Able to support teams positively to achieve the intended outcomes ultimately resulting in an excellent service to our residents and colleagues
  • Able to coach and mentor teams and individuals to further develop quality outcomes and innovative ideas. This may be in the form of 1:1 coaching and also within a classroom/workshop setting.
  • Organised and proactive - able to meet deadlines
  • Used to working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • A champion for change an innovation
