Salary: £25-£28k per annum dependent on experience

We are looking for a PR & Marketing Co-ordinator to work in our Head Office in Bromley, London.

Hours – 9:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday - Full time.

Main Accountability

As PR & Marketing Co-ordinator you will work under the direction of the Head of PR, Marketing & Events effectively assisting with the delivery of the organisation’s Marketing and PR activities.

Responsibilities

  • Produce SEO effective PR stories/Social media posts.
  • Review and optimise written website content to generate more traffic.
  • Updating literature including brochures, leaflets and welcome packs.
  • Organising advertisements, liaising with editorial companies.
  • Monitor and produce regular reports on site/call traffic and conversion rates.
  • Liaising on and chasing enquiries (warm calling).
  • Maintaining contact lists for suppliers and customers.
  • Report on Google analytics and enhance GMB, Bing and other site SEO.
  • Updating of online information (including Carehome.co.uk, Company website and others).
  • Supporting the Regions with advice and guidance, liaising with staff and assisting with any challenges they are experiencing in the above fields.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of Marketing and PR.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • The ability to cope with pressure.
  • Creativity, imagination and initiative.
  • Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
