An exciting position has arisen for an immediately available Office Junior to join our Head Office based in Bromley; are you interested in working within a dynamic team and looking to showcase your talents?

Excelcare are looking to recruit a reliable, proactive and friendly candidate that can take initiative and assist with the smooth running of the Chief Operating Office.

What to expect:

£16,000 per annum. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Duties include:

  • Providing administration support when needed
  • Assisting with diary management, travel and accommodation arrangements and meeting room bookings
  • Filing and maintaining electronic records, raising purchase
  • Maintaining the organisation of the office, arranging meeting rooms, refreshments and lunch orders
  • Stock control within the department such as stationary, refreshment and food supplies
  • Supporting reception with enquiries, breaks and annual leave
  • Completing errands for the Chief Operating Office
  • Providing refreshments for the Executive Management Team
  • Receiving visitors and responding to general enquiries

Skills required:

  • GCSE Grades A-C
  • Good communication skills written and oral
  • Good attention to detail and grammar
  • Well organised and adaptable
  • Highly motivated work ethic and ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent time management and attendance
  • A can-do attitude
