Regional Home Administrator

What you can expect:

Up to £20k depending on your experience.

Mon-Fri from 08.00am till 05.00pm

We are looking to recruit an experienced Regional Maintenance Administrator to work closely with the Maintenance Manager, Home Managers, Home Administrators and Maintenance Operatives to ensure maintenance of the care home site including buildings, mechanical and electrical systems, specialist equipment and all of its general contents is completed.

 Knowledge, Training and Experience:

  • GCSE’s in English and Mathematics
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage own time effectively and efficiently
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience of producing and interpreting statistical information and reports
  • Experience of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy
  • Sound knowledge of using and devising spreadsheets and other aids
  • Proficient in the use of MS packages particularly word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

 Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting appropriate information to the Maintenance Manager
  • Maintain effective communication with the Maintenance Manager
  • To be actively involved in the day to day process of Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Operatives
  • Day to day telephone support to Maintenance Operatives
  • To process and track material request forms from the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Operatives
  • To maintain recording and return of credit card payments
  • To update all Home Managers / Home Administrators on process changes for Maintenance
  • To maintain and implement the organisations administrative policies and procedures
  • To assist with Home Audits when the Maintenance Manager is unavailable
  • To produce all Purchase Orders related to Maintenance and return to Head Office
  • To maintain holiday requests/claims for Maintenance Operatives
  • To maintain personal, Supervision and Personal Development folders for Maintenance Procedures
  • Extensive travel around the homes required within the region
