Maintenance Administrator – Bromley,

Up to £25,000 depending on experience.

Excelcare Holdings are a privately owned care home provider which prides itself on being a family-run company.

As a Maintenance Administrator you will work closely with the maintenance manager, home managers, administrators and maintenance operatives to ensure maintenance of the care homes. Including all buildings, mechanical and electrical systems, specialist equipment and all of its general contents is completed.

Main Duties:

  • Maintaining effective and clear communication with all staff members working within the Maintenance and Regional Office Team 
  • Processing data on a weekly basis and forwarding to the relevant people
  • Maintaining a weekly maintenance log stating all urgent works to be carried out in the Homes
  • Maintaining weekly returns of all invoices and purchase orders
  • General assistance to the Maintenance Manager
  • To produce all Purchase Orders related to Maintenance and return to Head Office.
  • To manage weekly returns of operatives timesheets and sickness, absence and holiday request.             

Requirements:

Experience of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines without compromising accuracy

Proficient in the use of MS packages particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Experience of producing and interpreting Statistical information and reports.

Highly organised and able to manage own time effectively and efficiently.
