Executive Support Co-ordinator, Bromley, £30-40,000

We are seeking a confident, forward-thinking and dynamic Executive Support Co-ordinator. 

This new, exciting role will directly support our Chief Operating Officer - managing the coordination of operational and project management actions that will drive the implementation of innovative projects. In turn this will help us deliver an enhanced quality of life to the people living in our 33 care homes across the South of England.

This role will appeal to you if you thrive on coordinating multiple projects, have a proven ability to manage activity, and can confidently, clearly and effectively communicate to a wide range of stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves and work on the detail – from start to finish.  An organised administrator and coordinator of all things ensuring that not just the bigger picture and projects are achieved but also focusing on important smaller projects which you could manage yourself.

You will also have advanced IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ideally experience of using a digital project management platform. Experience of working in the Care home sector is an advantage.
