Job Description Job Title

Receptionist (Bank only to start) to cover maternity leave, holidays and sick leave.

Must be able to cover 45 Hours a week during Maternity Cover.

Salary: £9.05 to £9.33 p/h

Responsible to

Home Manager

Purpose of Role

Working with the Administrator, Home Manager and Regional Team To deliver high quality reception and administration services in line with customer and organisational needs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

. Meet and greet staff, visitors, relatives, external bodies.

. Answer all incoming telephone calls, in a professional manner and distribute to correct person.

. Log and record all faxes to relevant employees, and sort, frank and deliver all company post to the post office.

. Ensure telephone list is updated, producing a new one when required

. Maintain appearance of reception

. Hospitality Services, including 'Show Rounds' where required

. Check stationary cupboard regularly, ordering more stationary when needed.

. Any other duties deemed appropriate in conjunction with the Home Manager
