Nurse Reward Scheme


Terms and Conditions – Platinum Reward Scheme

At Excelcare we want to not only recruit but retain the best quality nurses to support our residents every day. With that in mind we are offering a £2,000 reward bonus to all eligible qualified nurses who join our team.

This bonus will not be payable to candidates who have been introduced via an agency and will only be applicable to those candidates who have applied directly to the company.

This bonus will not be payable to bank / relief staff or any employee who is contracted to less than 18 Hours per week.

This bonus will not be payable to Tier 2 sponsored nurses with an initial visa entry clearance after 6th April 2017.
 

The payments are set out as follows:

£500 

will be paid to you in the month following your start date with the Company

£500 

will be paid to you on successful completion of your probation after 6 months

£1,000 

will be paid to you on completion of 1 year’s continuous service with the Company


If you leave within your first 6 months of joining the Company we reserve the right to deduct your first £500 payment from your final salary payment.

If you leave between 6 months and 1 year of joining the Company we reserve the right to deduct your second payment of £500 from your final salary payment.

Your bonus payments will be paid as part of your gross pay and will be subject to tax and national insurance through PAYE. No alternative is available.
