Nurse Reward Scheme


At Excelcare we want to not only recruit but retain the best quality nurses to support people living in our services. With that in mind we want to offer a £2,000 reward bonus to all our new nurses.

From November 2017 Excelcare will make the commitment to paying £2,000 to qualified nurses who join our team.

The payments are set out as follows: 

If you leave within your first 6 months of joining the Company we reserve the right to deduct your first £500 payment from your final salary payment.

If you leave between 6 months and 1 year of joining the Company we reserve the right to deduct your second payment of £500 from your final salary payment.

Your bonus payments will be paid as part of your gross pay and will be subject to tax and national insurance through PAYE. No alternative is available.
